With over a decade of hands-on hotel management experience before entering the insurance industry, I bring a rare dual perspective to hotel insurance — I understand both operations and risk from the inside.
I have managed hotels, handled guest incidents, navigated franchise requirements, worked through property damage claims, dealt with adjusters, and experienced the frustration owners and management companies face during renewals.
